ANNUAL FUND
As an independent, not for profit school, The Village School receives no public funding. We rely on tuition which covers 80% of the cost of running the school, and the Annual Fund which covers the additional 20%. This additional 20% is made up of tax deductible donations and fundraising activities. All Village School families are expected to participate in our Annual Fund at whatever level they are able.
Donations to The Village School Annual Fund are 100 percent tax-deductible.
2022/23 GOAL:
$400,000
Please help us reach our goal of 100% participation!
This Fall, we have identified two significant projects which will benefit from Annual Fund donations. Our goal is to raise $30,000 for security upgrades at the school and $18,000 to install a water filtration system. These are projects that are already in process to keep our children safe.
Everyone that is part of The Village School community is asked to support the Annual Fund both through supporting our fundraising events and also by making a monetary donation at whatever level they are able to. Some people can afford to give more than others and some people have more time to volunteer than others. The important thing is doing what we can.
