The Toddler Program is for children 18 to 36 months old. It is a safe, supportive environment that introduces the child to the Montessori classroom in a small, intimate setting. Our primary goal in this program is to foster in the child a sense of independence, a joy in exploration, and a love of learning.

This program is half-day, with both morning and afternoon sessions offered for the 5-day program.  Each classroom has 10 children and 2 teachers, a 5 to 1 student/teacher ratio.

The Toddler Program provides an environment prepared especially for this age group. Classroom materials and activities introduce the young child to basic concepts, encourage large and small motor abilities, and nurture self-esteem. Here a child begins to explore the world outside the home, learning to communicate with others, establishing self control, developing social skills, and building self confidence.
