The Village School believes that the quality of its programs is directly related to the quality of its teachers.  Its teaching staff is firmly grounded in Montessori philosophy and methodology.  All head teachers are required to be certified by an accredited Montessori teacher-training center on their program level and have classroom experience. 

Elementary and Middle School teachers are also licensed by the State of New Jersey.  All staff, teachers and assistants, are encouraged and provided with opportunities to pursue further studies that support their continued professional and personal growth. This support includes funding for additional teacher training.
